Cancellation Policy

CPD Session Cancellation Policy Booking Confirmation: Your place on the CPD session is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Cancellation by Participant: If you choose to cancel your booking, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. You may, however, transfer your booking to another individual by notifying us in writing at least 7 days before the session date. Cancellation by Provider: In the unlikely event that the session is cancelled by the provider, you will be offered either: A full refund, or The option to transfer to an alternative date/session. Non-Attendance: Failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the booking fee. By booking a CPD session, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
