Parental Request for an EHCP

Service Description
I will use all relevant documentation, provided by parents, to draft a parental request for an EHCNA (Education & Health Care Needs Assessment) Includes a 30 minute virtual or face-to-face meeting (depending on location) to go over and discuss the draft request together. Next steps phone call if the local authority say “no” to assessment and support in either a mediation or informal meeting with the LA.
Cancellation Policy
On booking EHCNA/EHCP services a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a meeting or request of paper work for consideration. A further 25% non-refundable payment will be required following the meeting. The remaining 50% will be payable prior to any reports or documents being released to the client. Reports and documents completed by CARES Tutoring & Consultancy will be completed upon full payment and sent within 4 weeks. Should the client request cancellation of services, deposits are non-refundable.
