EHCP Plan Review Service Our EHCP (Education, Health and Care Plan) Review service is designed to ensure that your child’s plan accurately reflects their current needs and provision. We provide a thorough, independent review of the existing EHCP, focusing on key sections such as Section B (Special Educational Needs) and Section F (Special Educational Provision) to check for clarity, specificity, and compliance with statutory requirements. What’s included: Detailed analysis of the current EHCP document. Identification of gaps, vague wording, or non-quantifiable provision. Recommendations for amendments to strengthen the plan. Guidance on next steps for annual reviews or tribunal preparation. Support in aligning the plan with professional reports and evidence. This service empowers parents and carers to advocate effectively for their child, ensuring the EHCP delivers the right support for educational progress and well-being.
Cancellation Policy
On booking EHCNA/EHCP services a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a meeting or request of paper work for consideration. A further 25% non-refundable payment will be required following the meeting. The remaining 50% will be payable prior to any reports or documents being released to the client. Reports and documents completed by CARES Tutoring & Consultancy will be completed upon full payment and sent within 4 weeks. Should the client request cancellation of services, deposits are non-refundable.
