Checking through EHCP's and draft EHCP's. Ensuring that needs are clearly specified and that outcomes and provision are clear. Checking the EHCP against professional reports. Proposed amendments. EHCP check report Draft letter to request for an EHCP amendment. Telephone, virtual or face-to-face (dependant on location) meeting to discuss.
Cancellation Policy
On booking EHCNA/EHCP services a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a meeting or request of paper work for consideration. A further 25% non-refundable payment will be required following the meeting. The remaining 50% will be payable prior to any reports or documents being released to the client. Reports and documents completed by CARES Tutoring & Consultancy will be completed upon full payment and sent within 4 weeks. Should the client request cancellation of services, deposits are non-refundable.
