Parental Request for an EHCP - Price starts from £200

• I will use all relevant documentation to draft a parental request for an EHCP assessment

• 30 minute virtual or face-to-face meeting (dependant on locality) to go over and discuss the draft request together.

• Next steps phone call if the local authority say “no” to assessment and support in either a mediation or informal meeting with the LA.

EHCP Plans - £250

• Checking through EHCP's and draft EHCP's.

• Ensuring that needs are clearly specified and that outcomes and provision are clear.

• Checking the EHCP against professional reports.

• Proposed amendments.

• EHCP check report

• Draft a letter requesting amendments to the EHCP.

• Telephone, virtual or face-to-face meeting to discuss (depending on locality).

  
  

Support in Meetings - Prices start from £50 (online), £65 (face-to-face) (Dependant on locality)

• Support for parents and carers at all SEND meetings including annual reviews and mediation with the local authority.

• Attending meetings or giving support and guidance before a meeting.
