Service Description
Meet with parents to discuss the appeal. Read through all documentation. Complete the appeals paperwork.
Cancellation Policy
On booking EHCNA/EHCP services a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a meeting or request of paper work for consideration. A further 25% non-refundable payment will be required following the meeting. The remaining 50% will be payable prior to any reports or documents being released to the client. Reports and documents completed by CARES Tutoring & Consultancy will be completed upon full payment and sent within 4 weeks. Should the client request cancellation of services, deposits are non-refundable.
