Once paid, a choice of exam dates will be given and login details will be sent out for an initial assessment.
Cancellation Policy
Scope - This policy applies to all learners sitting Functional Skills exams online The booking date is not the exam date, this will be booked with yourself after purchase (select any date when booking as this just a website glitch) Principles - The organisation is committed to providing secure, accessible online exam opportunities. Ensuring all assessments meet awarding‑body regulations Candidates Eligibility - Learners should sit online exams only if they have completed the required learning. Have access to suitable equipment and internet connection. Candidates must agree to follow all exam rules and remote‑invigilation requirements Technical Requirements - Learners must have a working laptop or desktop computer (no mobile phones or tablets unless permitted) A stable internet connection. A functioning webcam and microphone. A quiet, private space free from interruptions Exam Booking - Learners will receive written confirmation of date, time, and platform access. Any reasonable adjustments must be approved before booking. Late changes or cancellations will not be refunded. Identity Verification - Before the exam begins, learners must show valid photo ID to the invigilator. Confirm their full name and date of birth. Complete a room scan if required by the exam platform Invigilation and Exam Conduct- During the exam learners must remain visible on camera at all times. No additional devices, notes, or people are permitted. The invigilator may pause or terminate the exam if rules are breached. Any suspicious behaviour is recorded and reported Reasonable Adjustments - Learners with additional needs may be eligible for: Extra time Assistive technology Modified exam formats All adjustments must comply with awarding‑body regulations and be approved in advance. Malpractice and Misconduct - Examples include: Using unauthorised materials Receiving help from another person Attempting to record or copy exam content Impersonation Confirmed malpractice may result in: Exam voiding Suspension from future assessments Reporting to the awarding body The exam will not be refunded!!! Data Protection - All learner data, exam recordings, and identity checks are handled securely and in accordance with data‑protection legislation and awarding‑body requirements. Results and Certification - Results are released according to awarding‑body timescales. Learners are notified promptly. Certificates are issued digitally or by post depending on the awarding body
